Lately we’ve announced and shipped a few new things: Service Monitoring, a refined UI, and here, a new pricing model for Firetiger.

Starting today, on self-serve plans, here is what you pay for and what it costs:

New to Firetiger? Every account starts with a 2-week free trial, so you can explore investigations, change monitors, and custom agent runs before you pay for anything.

We’ve simplified our pricing model by metering usage directly instead of using a bundle or points allowance, allowing our customers to pay for exactly what they use.

We also have aligned our pricing with our incentives, to help our customers operate more reliable software in production. When you deploy more software and services and make them better with Firetiger, your usage of our service increases and you pay us more. Win win!

One last note: our recently announced Service Monitors, still in beta, will be free to use as we refine them.
